A full definition of Gifts and examples of exclusions can be found in the Definitions section of the Contractor Disclosure Policy or Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 49.5.8 et seq.
Reporting Threshold: Gifts are only required to be reported if, for the calendar year, the total value of Gifts made to a single recipient is $50 or more.
