Contractors shall disclose all Gifts, as defined within this Policy, made directly or indirectly by any of the fund or firm's gift providers to any of the LAFPP gift recipients as defined below:
Gift Providers at the Fund or Firm
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or functional equivalents
- Marketing representative for the firm
- Relationship representative for the firm
- Portfolio manager for the firm
- Investment Committee member of the firm
- Intermediary for the firm (i.e. placement agent, lobbyist, marketer, broker, etc.)
- Spouse or domestic partner of any of the individuals above

- An applicable employee in the Retirement Benefits Division or Outside Counsel Oversight Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office or who is in the direct supervisory chain of command over the lawyers in those divisions.

Reporting Threshold: Gifts are only required to be reported if, for the calendar year, the total value of Gifts made to a single recipient is $50 or more.
